# Asset Burning Guide

To trade your minted Hero Icons and Weapons within the in-game marketplace, players must burn them back into into offchain in-game items via the official website.

### Note:

* Asset burning requires gas fee. Please ensure your wallet has an adequate $RON balance to complete the transaction.

### 1. Access the Burn Interface

* Log in to the official Party Icons website and locate the asset you wish to burn within your asset list.
* Click the "Burn" button next to the target asset to open the burn confirmation window.

#### Step 2: Verify Burn Details

* Review the asset name, quantity, and transaction fee breakdown displayed on the screen.
* Ensure your wallet is properly connected and contains a sufficient balance to cover the required gas fee.

#### Step 3: Execute the Burn Transaction

* Once you have verified that all information is correct, click the confirmation button.
* Your wallet extension will prompt a transaction window. Review the transaction fee and authorize the execution.
* Wait for the blockchain network to confirm the transaction. The process is complete once the page displays a success notification.

### 4. Verify Your Reverted In-Game Assets

* After the burn transaction is confirmed, enter the game.
* Check your in-game inventory to ensure the corresponding items have successfully arrived in your account.

### Precautions

* Before initiating a burn operation, always ensure your account or wallet holds a sufficient balance to cover transaction fees.&#x20;
* Maintain a stable internet connection throughout the entire process to prevent transaction timeouts or interruptions.
* Transaction confirmation times may be delayed during periods of high blockchain traffic. Please wait patiently for network synchronization.
* Upon completing a burn, it is highly recommended to return to your in-game inventory to double-check that your asset balances have updated accurately.
