# Party Icons Club System

## 1. Creating a Club

### 1.1 Access the Club Interface

* Click on the "Club" menu at the bottom of the main interface to enter the Club system.

### 1.2 Start the Creation Process

* Click the "Create Club" button to open the club creation form.

### 1.3 Fill in Club Information

| **Item**          | **Description**                                                                                                  |
| ----------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Club Name         | Enter your desired Club Name.                                                                                    |
| Club Manifesto    | Enter a brief introduction or the mission statement of your club.                                                |
| Approval Settings | When checked, applications from other players require manual approval. If unchecked, players join automatically. |

* After filling in the details, click the "Create" button. Creating a club costs 3,000 Diamonds.

## 2. Club Management

Once the club is successfully created, the following management actions are available:

* Edit Manifesto/Declaration: Update the content of your club's mission statement.
* Review Applications: Process membership requests from other players.
* Adjust Approval Settings: Toggle whether manual approval is required for new members.
* Member Management: Assign administrators or remove members from the club.

## 3. Inviting Players

There are two ways to invite players to your club.

* Click the "Copy Club ID" button and send the ID to the player you wish to invite. They can search for the club using this ID and apply to join.

* OR In any chat channel, click on a player's avatar and select "Join Club" to send an invitation. Note: The target player must be online to receive the invitation.

### 4. Joining a Club

* There are three ways to join a club:

| **Method**        | **Steps**                                                                            |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Browse List       | Select a club from the club list on the right and click "Apply to Join."             |
| Search by ID      | Enter the Club ID in the search box at the top right, search, and then apply.        |
| Accept Invitation | Choose "Accept" or "Decline" when receiving an invitation notification while online. |

### 5. Quiting a Club

* After entering the Club interface from the main menu, click the "Quit Club" button to exit.
* **Important: After leaving a club, there is a 24-hour waiting period before you can join another club.**

### 6. Disbanding a Club

If you need to disband the club, please follow these steps:

* Enter the Club Management interface.
* Click the "Disband Club" button.
* Confirm the action.
* **Important: Once triggered, a 24-hour countdown will begin. You can click "CANCEL" during this period to stop the disbandment.**

### 7. Note

* Creation Fee: Costs 3,000 Diamonds to create a club.
* Approval Mechanism: You can customize whether manual review is required for new members.
* Club Capacity: Each club has a maximum capacity of 100 members.
* Disbandment Protection: There is a 24-hour cooldown for disbanding, during which the action can be revoked.
* Invitation Limits: When inviting via chat channels, the target player must be online.
* Feature Updates: Current club features are foundational; more advanced functions will be added in future version updates.
