### Rules

* Refresh Interval: Players can refresh the intelligence leads every 2 minutes.
* Dynamic Pricing: The cost of intelligence increases as the match duration progresses.
* Payment: Premium intelligence currently requires Diamonds (exclusive to EKKO ALPHA test). In the future, Mirble will be required for intel purchases.
