We understand how frustrating and unfair this has felt. These problems have compromised the competitive integrity of the game, and we take full responsibility for not responding quickly enough. No excuses — this is on us. ## **Malicious Teaming & Matchmaking Delay** As the game is still in its testing phase, the current player base and active matchmaking pool remain small. This has resulted in longer wait times and an increase in malicious teaming incidents. We are fully aware of how disruptive this has been, and we apologize for the disorganized experience during this round of testing. At the same time, adjusting team forming and matchmaking logic requires careful consideration to preserve game balance and player freedom. We are currently testing multiple options to find long-term solutions that are fair and sustainable. ## **Delays in Processing Cheating Report** Every report we receive goes through a multi-layered review process — system checks, data analysis, and manual replay review by both the game team and our security specialists. This is why some decisions and ban results have been delayed. That said, this cannot be an excuse. After initial screening and review, cases have been categorized as follows: **【Illegal Software / Cheating】: 4 confirmed cases** ➤ Highest priority. We are analyzing gameplay data for these accounts. Any clear violations will result in immediate suspension and permanent ban procedures. **【Malicious Teaming】: 49 confirmed cases** ➤ Definition includes: 1. Prolonged coordinated movement between non-teammate players from opposing factions. 2. Abnormal behavior where non-teammate players from opposing factions avoid combat despite being within engagement range. 3. Other actions that undermine fair competition for personal gain. We will enforce the strictest measures in X-LEAGUE.
